Types of Returns & Who Covers Shipping

We handle returns differently depending on the reason. Please review the category that applies to your order.

A. No-Reason Returns (Change of Mind)

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

B. Product-Related Issues

(Including incorrect items, defects, or quality issues)

• Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• We cover the return shipping cost for verified product issues

Return Conditions (Applies to All Eligible Returns)

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The condition of the product must not affect resale
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Once supporting proof is provided and the case is verified, we will arrange either:

• a replacement shipment, or
• a refund, based on item availability and your preference

Refused Deliveries

• If a package is refused and returned to us, refunds will be processed after the return is received
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Unauthorized Returns

• Returns sent without prior approval may be refused

• We reserve the right to decline returns involving excessive wear, improper use, suspected fraud, or policy violations
